Windows OS Switch to Android OS
Enter the main interface after start your tablet, and then click the Desktop at the down-left corner, you will enter into the traditional Windows OS. so far I know I have to use the amlogic usb burning tool, but my I can supposedly update from sd card and cache...let me know please if there is a way for me to simple update my tablet from a sd card, let me know. appreciate any help.

Does anyone know of any roms that will upgrade a Vi40 from ICS to JB? I remember seeing a photo on the Onda site moths ago, showing a Vi40 Elite with JB on it. I've got a V972 as well now and think the JB UI is far superior so wanted to have a go at flashing the old one.

I sent in tablet for repair , would not boot up at all. The screen had no scratches on it, was in pristine condition. It was always in a tablet protective case. I sent it back very well packaged. Today I get an email stating the screen has to be replaced for $40 usd paypal. Owned it under a year. Nothing was wrong with the "external screen" ! The tablet would not boot up, not related to a supposed screen! What a scam! Lesson learned. Never buy off Onda...i will be...

I purchased Onda V989 AIR Octa Core Tablet PC 9.7" IPS Allwinner A83T Octa Core 2GB+32GB Android 4.4 on 3 December, 2015. I received it in January, 2016. After just one-month's use it has started giving me problems.
While browsing or playing basic games ( Candy Crush etc ), it just shuts-down by itself. Battery level is always adequate, and its not on low battery.
This self shut-down issue has increased so much, that I am thinking of just throwing away this tablet in trash.

hello, my name is Angie and I am new to the forum. I just bought a onda v919 3g white air and this is a 3g but when I put my sim card data is not recognized because it puts me in cellular "insert sim" when it is already in . I tried with another sim but it works either. . Onda my sim lock because it would be in information sees Huawei dongle name ??? weird. could someone help me for the tablet recognizes my sim card? I'm looking at a v80 plus as a cheap alternative to take on a trip. I've been interested in these tabs since I saw the v820 last year but didn't pull the trigger due to lack of knowledge of the brand. Now I have to make a quick decision and I don't have time to do a lot of research.


I would just like to ask if there is anything I should know about these tabs before getting one. Especially with regard to the software, there are versions with dual boot which are cheaper. I'm assuming the...

(Onda V989, under Android 4.4.2.)

The storage is split in two partitions: the first with 1.97GB named "INTERNAL STORAGE" (almost full), and the second with 24GB and the same name of "INTERNAL STORAGE", totally free.

I encounter a problem while installing an app: by default, the application installs itself on the small 1.97GB partition, with error “Not enough space” and asking me to delete other apps.

Tablet Crashes When Connected To WiFi Hotspot

I have an Onda tablet running Android 4.2.2 Jelly Bean. I set up a WiFi hotspot on my phone and connect the tablet to it. After anywhere from a minute to 20 minutes or so the tablet crashes. Not the browser, the operating system itself. The logo comes up like it is rebooting but it's stuck. I have to hold the power button down to reboot. This happens whether I'm running a browser or not. Resetting CMOS/Bios Settings On Onda Tablet V891

I have an Onda Tablet V891 Dual Boot. I've changed the Bios settings and now I think I totally bricked the tablet. Does anybody here know how to reset the Cmos? The combination Power + ESC did not work. Thanks for your help.
